Summary

An Act To Prohibit Any State Agency, Department Or Political Subdivision From Planning, Creating, Participating In Or Enabling An Exchange For Health Insurance Under The Federal Patient Protection And Affordable Care Act; To Provide That Any Such Exchange Established Before The Effective Date Of This Act Shall Be Invalid And Must Be Discontinued; And For Related Purposes.
