Summary
An Act To Amend Section 23-15-805, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That Circuit Clerks And Municipal Clerks Shall Forward Copies Of All Campaign Finance Reports To The Office Of The Secretary Of State Within Ten Calendar Days Of Receiving Such Reports; To Provide That The Secretary Of State Shall Make All The Campaign Finance Reports Filed With Or Forwarded To His Office Available To The Public Online Through The Use Of The Internet; And For Related Purposes.
