Summary
An Act To Amend Section 69-2-13, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That The Loan Program In The Emerging Crops Fund For Certain Agribusinesses Engaged In Poultry Production Operations To Enable The Such Agribusinesses To Make Certain Upgrades, Renovations, Repairs And Other Improvements To Equipment, Facilities And Operations Shall Be Separate From Other Loan Programs In The Emerging Crops Fund And To Make Loans Under Such Program Available To Other Agribusiness Enterprises; To Increase The Maximum Amount Of The Loans That May Be Made Under Such Program; And For Related Purposes.
