An Act To Amend Sections 67-1-5 And 67-1-51, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Authorize The Issuance Of A Cultural, Civic Or Community Arts Center Permit, In Order To Allow The Sale Of Alcoholic Beverages On The Premises Of The Center, Only During The Time When Activities, Classes Or Events Are Being Conducted At The Center; To Create A Limited Exception For A Cultural, Civic Or Community Arts Center To The Distance Restriction Imposed On The Sale Of Alcoholic Beverages Within A Prescribed Distance Of Certain Entities; To Amend Section 27-71-5, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Set The Fee To Be Charged For A Cultural, Civic Or Community Arts Center Permit; And For Related Purposes.

Alcoholic beverages; authorize limited sales during events at cultural, civic or community arts center.
