An Act To Amend Section 75-57-101, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Revise The Qualifications For Serving On The Liquefied Compressed Gas Board; To Amend Section 75-57-109, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Authorize The Liquefied Compressed Gas Board To Establish By Regulation A System Of Fees For Those Engaged In The Liquefied Compressed Gas Business To Be Deposited Into A Special Fund Account To The Credit Of The Department Of Insurance; And For Related Purposes.
