Summary
An Act To Amend Section 27-29-33, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Remove The Requirement That The Clerk Of The Board Of Supervisors Transmit To The Auditor Of Public Accounts A Certified Copy Of The List Of Uncollected Taxes Furnished By A Tax Collector Whose Term Of Office Has Expired; To Amend Section 7-7-2, Mississippi Code Of 1972, In Conformity Thereto; And For Related Purposes.
