An Act To Amend Section 97-45-1, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Revise Definitions Concerning Computer Crimes And Identity Theft; To Create New Section 97-45-35, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Prohibit Disclosure Of Information By Electronic Communication Service Providers Concerning Certain Subpoenas And Search Warrants Issued In The Course Of Investigations Of A Number Of Internet-based Crimes Against Children Except Under Limited Circumstances; To Apply The Nondisclosure Requirements To Others To Whom Disclosure Is Made; And For Related Purposes.
