An Act To Amend Section 55-13-35, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That Certain Height Restrictions On Buildings And Other Structures Adjacent To The Natchez Trace Parkway Shall Not Apply To A Certain Senior Living Facility Subject To The Approval Of The Superintendent Of The Natchez Trace Parkway; And For Related Purposes.
