An Act To Amend Section 47-7-2, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Revise The Definition Of The Term "technical Violation" To Exclude Any Act That Is Classified As A Crime Of Violence; To Amend Section 47-7-27, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Require Revocation For Persons Who Commit Crimes Of Violence While On Parole; To Provide That The Parole Board Shall Refer Such Matters To The Appropriate District Attorney For Prosecution; To Amend Section 47-7-38, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Conform; And For Related Purposes.
