An Act To Amend Section 43-19-34, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That Child Support Modifications Can Be Retroactive Up To One Year Or The Date Of Filing The Petition, Whichever Is Less; To Amend Section 93-5-23, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That Failure To Pay Guardian Ad Litem Fees Does Not Constitute Grounds To Deny Or Restrict Visitation; And For Related Purposes.
