An Act To Amend Sections 93-5-23 And 93-5-24, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide Opportunity For Notice And Hearing In Cases Where A Custodial Parent Desires To Relocate And The Move Would Significantly Affect The Noncustodial Parent's Right Of Visitation, According To The Best Interest Of The Child; And For Related Purposes.
