An Act To Amend Section 27-33-17, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That If Property Is Held By Deed Or Grant And The January 7 Deadline For Filing The Deed Or Grant In Order To Be Eligible For Homestead Exemption Falls On A Weekend Or Holiday, The Deadline Shall Be Moved To The Next Business Day Following January 7; And For Related Purposes.
