An Act To Amend Section 19-5-167, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That The Members Of The Board Of Commissioners Of A Water And Sewer District Located Within The Corporate Limits Of A Newly Incorporated Municipality Shall Be Appointed By The Governing Authority Of The Municipality; And For Related Purposes.
