An Act Entitled The "mississippi Department Of Human Services Fraud Prevention Act"; To Authorize And Direct The Peer Committee To Conduct A Review Of The Tanf Program And Snap Program And Make Certain Reports To The Legislature; To Amend Section 43-17-5, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Define Certain Individuals Eligible For Tanf Assistance; To Authorize And Direct The Department Of Human Services To Assign Certain Individuals To Employment And Training Programs; To Amend Section 43-33-11, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Authorize And Direct All Public Housing Authorities In The State To Seek Appropriate Federal Waivers To Screen Applicants For Employment Status And Authorize Regulations For This Purpose; And For Related Purposes.
