An Act To Amend Section 67-1-5, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That The Department Of Revenue May Not Approve An Area As A Qualified Resort Area After July 1, 2018, If Any Portion Of Such Proposed Area Is Located Within A Certain Distance Of Convents Or Monasteries Located In Certain Counties; To Revise The Definition Of The Term "qualified Resort Area" And To Define The Term "campus" Under The Local Option Alcoholic Beverage Control Law; And For Related Purposes.
