An Act To Provide That Daylight Saving Time Shall Be The Year-round Standard Time Of The Entire State Of Mississippi And All Of Its Political Subdivisions; To Authorize Each School District To Adjust School Start Times Due To The Year-round Observance Of Daylight Saving Time; And For Related Purposes.
