An Act To Require County Boards Of Supervisors And Municipal Governing Authorities To Adopt The State Uniform Construction Code; To Allow Those Governing Bodies To Choose Alternative Codes Not Less Stringent; To Allow Those Governing Bodies To Opt Out Of The Code Requirements; To Amend Sections 17-2-7 And 17-2-9, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Exempt Certain Structures From Requirements Under The State Uniform Construction Code; And For Related Purposes.
