Summary

An Act To Amend Section 63-21-39, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That The Title Associated With Any Vehicle That An Insurance Company Obtains From The Owner As A Result Of Paying A Total Loss Claim Shall Be Branded According To Definitions Of Damage, And The Brand Shall Remain On That Title Irrespective Of The Vehicle's Age, Value Or Condition; And For Related Purposes.
