Summary

An Act To Amend Section 45-33-25, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Require Gps Monitoring Of Any Sex Offender Who Is Required To Register And Who Is Not Incarcerated If The Victim Of The Offense Was Under The Age Of 17; To Amend Section 45-33-45, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Require That Sex Offenders Who Are Monitored By Gps Must Pay A Fee That Represents The Cost Of The Monitoring; And For Related Purposes.
