An Act To Amend Sections 49-17-743 And 49-17-745, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That No Permit Or Approval From Any County Utility Authority Shall Be Required From Any Use Of Water Obtained From A Well With A Surface Casing Diameter Of Less Than Six (6) Inches; And For Related Purposes.
