An Act To Amend Section 27-39-207, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That The Required Newspaper Publication For The School Board's Annual Ad Valorem Tax Assessment For The Support Of The School District Shall Not Be Required If No Increase In Ad Valorem Tax Effort In Dollars Is Proposed; And For Related Purposes.
