An Act To Amend Section 37-13-91, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Delete The Authority For A Parent Or Guardian To Disenroll A Child From A Public Kindergarten Program, And To Prohibit A School District From Automatically Failing A Student Due To Absenteeism If The Student Is Otherwise Making Satisfactory Academic Progress; And For Related Purposes.
