Summary

An Act To Amend Section 33-15-11, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That In The Event Of Significant Damage To A Health Care Facility By A Natural Disaster Occurring On April 28, 2014, The Repair Or Rebuilding Of Such Damaged Facility Within One Mile Of The Pre-disaster Location Shall Be Exempt From The Requirements Of The Mississippi Certificate Of Need Law Under Certain Conditions; And For Related Purposes.
