Summary

An Act To Create New Section 37-113-55, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That The College Of Veterinary Medicine At Mississippi State University Shall Only Admit Applicants Who Have Been Bona Fide Residents Of The State Of Mississippi For Three Consecutive Years Immediately Preceding The Date Of Their Application; To Provide That If Any Positions In The Incoming First-year Class Are Open After The First Round Of Admissions And Subsequent Reservations By Resident Applicants, The College Of Veterinary Medicine May Admit Nonresident Applicants; And For Related Purposes.
