An Act To Amend Section 37-63-9, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That Revenue Generated By The Leasing Of Channels Awarded By The Federal Communications Commission To A State Agency Are Public Funds And May Be Expended By The Leasing Agency Pursuant To Law; And For Related Purposes.
