An Act To Authorize And Direct The Executive Director Of The Pearl River Basin Development District To Transfer All State Funds Related To The Construction Of The United States Army Corps Of Engineers Water Diversion Project On The Lower East Pearl River To The Mississippi Department Of Environmental Quality To Be Used Only For The Pearl River Restoration Project At Walkiah Bluff; And For Related Purposes.
