An Act To Amend Section 41-29-137.1, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Extend The Repealer On The Act That Authorizes Medical Directors Of Hospices To Prescribe Controlled Substances For Patients Of The Hospice With Terminal Disease Pain Without Having An In-person Face-to-face Visit With A Patient Before Issuing A Prescription; To Amend Section 41-29-137, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Conform To The Provisions Of This Act; And For Related Purposes.
