An Act To Amend Section 37-3-2, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide Specific Grounds For Revocation Or Suspension Of A Teacher Or Administrator's License For Sexual Misconduct; To Clarify The Requirements For Issuing A Standard License Based Upon Reciprocity; To Amend Sections 97-5-24 And 37-11-35, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide A Legal Duty For School Superintendents To Report Incidences Of Sexual Involvement Of School Employees With A Student And To Provide Criminal Penalties For Failure To Report; And For Related Purposes.
