Summary
An Act To Amend Section 31-11-3, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Authorize The Department Of Finance And Administration To Create And Maintain A List Of Suspended And Debarred Contractors And Subcontractors, And To Disqualify Such Contractors From Consideration For Contracts During The Suspension Or Debarment Period; To Amend Section 31-7-13, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Revise The Public Purchasing Law To Prohibit Reverse Auctions For The Design Or Construction Of Public Facilities, And To Provide A Decision Procedure For Purchases Involving The Renovation Or Restoration, Or Both, Of The State Capitol Building Or Any Other Historical Building Designated As A Mississippi Landmark; And For Related Purposes.
