An Act To Amend Section 69-1-48, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Authorize The Commissioner Of The Mississippi Department Of Agriculture And Commerce To Lease Naming Rights For Buildings, Improvements, Grounds Or Objects Located On Department Property For A Term Not To Exceed 20 Years In Exchange For Consideration Benefitting The Department; To Amend Section 69-5-3, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Authorize The Mississippi Fair Commission To Lease Naming Rights For Buildings, Improvements, Grounds Or Objects Located On The State Fairgrounds For A Term Not To Exceed 20 Years In Exchange For Consideration Benefitting The Commission; And For Related Purposes.

Naming rights; may be leased for a certain term by Dept. of Agriculture and Fair Commission.
