An Act To Require That Pharmacies Keep A Written Log Of All Ephedrine And Pseudoephedrine Sales; To Prescribe A Standard For The Written Log; To Provide Penalties For Violations; To Enact Exceptions; To Require The Board Of Pharmacy To Devise And Approve Training Programs For Pharmacy Employees; To Amend Section 41-29-117, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Remove Ephedrine And Pseudoephedrine From Schedule Iii Of The Controlled Substances Act; To Amend Section 41-29-137, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Revise The Time Limits And Transferability Of A Prescription For Pseudoephedrine; And For Related Purposes.
