Summary
An Act To Amend Section 19-5-333, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Require The Commercial Mobile Radio Service Board To Make Annual Audit Reports Available For Inspection By Each Emergency Communications District Board And The Department Of Audit; To Amend Section 19-5-343, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That The Sellers Of Prepaid Wireless Service Shall Be Liable To Collect All Prepaid Wireless E911 Charges From Consumers; And For Related Purposes.
