An Act To Amend Sections 37-13-91 And 37-15-9, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Revise The Definition Of "school" And "compulsory-school-age Child"; To Provide That The Provisions Of The Mississippi Compulsory School Attendance Law Are Fully Applicable To Kindergarten-age Children; To Require Such Kindergarten-age Children To Attend Licensed Public, Parochial, Nonpublic Or Homeschool Kindergarten Programs; And For Related Purposes.
