Summary

An Act To Enact The Safe Parks And Public Spaces Act; To State Legislative Intent; To Provide Definitions; To Prohibit Public Camping On Public Property Not Designated As A Campsite; To Provide That A Second Such Offense Shall Be A Misdemeanor Punishable By A Fine Not To Exceed $100.00; To Set Forth Requirements Pertaining To Political Subdivisions; To Provide That State Funding To A County Or Municipality For Homelessness Assistance, Prevention Or Services Shall Be Conditional Upon Such County Or Municipality Enforcing This Act; To Provide For Severability If Any Portion Of This Act Held To Be Invalid; And For Related Purposes.
