An Act To Amend Section 29-3-2, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Require The Secretary Of State To Act As A Supervisory Trustee And Manage All Leasing Of 16th Section Lands Belonging To School Districts Being Supervised And Managed Pursuant To A Declaration Of A State Of Emergency For Failing School Districts As Provided In Section 37-17-6; And For Related Purposes.
