Summary

An Act To Amend Section 63-21-39, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That The Owner Of A Motor Vehicle That Has A Model Year Of 1969 Or Earlier Or That Has Not Been Issued A License Tag Or Decal In The Last Two Years, Who Scraps, Dismantles Or Destroys Such A Vehicle, Or A Person Who Purchases Such A Vehicle As Scrap Or To Be Dismantled Or Destroyed, Shall Be Exempt From The Requirement That The Certificate Of Title Be Delivered To The Department Of Revenue For Cancellation; And For Related Purposes.
