Summary

An Act To Require Random Nicotine Testing For Any Person Receiving Medicaid Assistance Benefits; To Provide That Any Such Person Whose Test Results Are Positive Regarding The Presence Of Nicotine Shall Show Proof Of Participation In A Tobacco Cessation Program Or Shall Be Ineligible To Receive Medicaid Benefits For One Year; To Amend Section 43-13-115, Mississippi Code Of 1972, In Conformity; And For Related Purposes.
