An Act To Amend Section 63-3-809, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Conform The Penalty For Improper Passing Of A Stationary Sanitation Vehicle To The Penalty For Similar Offenses Involving Stationary Vehicles Such As Utility Service Trucks; To Provide That The Duty Of Care Imposed On Drivers Of Sanitation Vehicles Is Not Lessened Under The Statute; And For Related Purposes.
