Summary
An Act To Amend Section 27-33-67, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That The Homestead Exemption Granted To A Person Who Has A Service-connected Total Disability As An American Veteran And Has Been Honorably Discharged From Military Service Shall Extend To The Unremarried Surviving Spouse Of Such A Person; And For Related Purposes.
