Summary

An Act To Amend Section 37-61-19, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That Any Public School Which Promotes, Advocates Or Glorifies The Shooting Or Killing Of Law Enforcement Officers Through School Sanctioned Curriculum Or Activities Shall Not Be Eligible For State-appropriated Funds And To Provide Personal Liability For Any School Official Who Violates This Prohibition; And For Related Purposes.
