Summary

An Act To Amend Section 57-26-5, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That Certificates Issued Under The Tourism Project Sales Tax Incentive Program Authorizing Participation In The Program By Entities That Are Developing Tourism Projects That Are Cultural Retail Attractions Shall Expire On July 1, 2018, Unless The Project Is Completed By Such Date; And For Related Purposes.
