Summary
An Act To Amend Sections 37-106-29 And 37-106-31, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Increase The Tuition Amounts Available Under The Mississippi Resident Tuition Assistance Grant (m.t.a.g.) Program And The Mississippi Eminent Scholars Grant Program; To Provide That Qualified Students Who Have Graduated From A Mississippi Community/junior College Shall Be Eligible For A Grant Equal To 100% Of The Cost Of Tuition And Fees For The Student's Junior Year At A Mississippi University Or Private College; To Clarify That Students Completing Accredited Homeschool Programs Shall Be Eligible To Apply For A Mississippi Resident Tuition Assistance Grant Or A Mississippi Eminent Scholars Grant; And For Related Purposes.
