An Act To Amend Sections 43-1-1 Through 43-1-5, 43-1-55, 43-27-20 And 43-27-107, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Extend The Automatic Repealer On The Statutes Which Establish The Mississippi Department Of Human Services, Provide Standards For Family Protection Worker/specialists, And Provide For The Division Of Community Services In The Department Of Human Services; To Specify Certain Offices Within The Department Of Human Services; To Prescribe The Content Of Annual Reports By The Department Of Human Services; And For Related Purposes.
