An Act To Amend Section 37-13-91, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That Children Age 5 On Or Before September 1 Of The Calendar Year Are Subject To The Provisions To The Mississippi Compulsory School Attendance Law And To Clarify That Students Completing Their Course Of Study Are No Longer Subject To Said Compulsory Attendance Law; And For Related Purposes.
