Summary

An Act To Create The Law Enforcement Supplemental Pay Program To Foster Recruitment And Retention Of Law Enforcement Officers; To Require The Department Of Public Safety To Administer The Program; To Provide That Full-time Sworn, Certified Law Enforcement Officer Who Have Completed Or Who Hereafter Annually Complete A Certain Amount Of In-service Training To Be Paid By The State Additional Compensation Of A Certain Sum Per Year; And For Related Purposes.
