Summary

An Act To Require Professional Or Occupational Licensing Boards To Issue A License, Certification Or Registration To A Military Spouse Under Certain Conditions; To Require Professional Or Occupational Licensing Boards To Issue A Temporary Practice Permit To A Military Spouse Who Is Licensed, Certified Or Registered In Another Jurisdiction, If That Jurisdiction Has Substantially Equivalent Standards For Licensure, Certification Or Registration; To Provide That An Individual Possessing A Temporary Practice Permit Under This Act Shall Receive Priority Processing Of His Application For License, Certification Or Registration; And For Related Purposes.
