Summary
An Act To Amend Section 19-3-77, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Create A Supervisors Education And Certification Program For County Supervisors; To Provide An Annual Salary Supplement Upon Attaining Certification; To Authorize Reimbursement For Certain Expenses Associated With Attendance At The Education And Certification Program; To Amend Sections 25-3-9 And 25-3-36, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That County Prosecuting Attorneys And Justice Court Judges Shall Not Receive A Commensurate Increase In Salary Reflecting Any Salary Supplement Paid To A Supervisor For Attaining A Certification; To Amend Section 25-3-13, Mississippi Code Of 1972, In Conformity Thereto; And For Related Purposes.
