Summary

An Act To Amend Section 41-7-173, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That The Exemption From The Applicability Of The Health Care Certificate Of Need Law For Low-energy Radiation Therapy Services And Equipment Shall Be Suspended Unless The Application For The Operation Of Such Services Was Pending With The State Department Of Health On January 1, 2015; To Direct The State Board Of Health To Develop And Present A Report To The Legislature On The Continuation Of This Exemption And To Impose An Automatic Repealer On The Definition Of Radiation Therapy Services Under The Con Law; And For Related Purposes.
