An Act To Amend Section 37-61-9, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Require Local School Districts To Identify And Account For Mississippi Adequate Education Program (maep) Funding Expenditures Separately From Expenditures From Local And Other Sources Of Funds In A Manner Prescribed By The State Department Of Education; To Clarify The Limitation On Budgeted Expenditures For School District Administration Costs; And For Related Purposes.
