An Act To Amend Section 73-50-1, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Require Occupational Licensing Boards Issuing A License, Certification Or Registration To A Military Spouse To Issue Or Deny The License, Certification Or Registration Within A Certain Amount Of Time Of The Application; To Require Occupational Licensing Boards To Issue A Temporary Practice Permit To A Military-trained Applicant Or Military Spouse Licensed, Certified Or Registered In Another Jurisdiction If The Applicant Submits An Affidavit Affirming That He Meets Certain Requirements And If The Application Requires Longer Than Two Weeks To Process; And For Related Purposes.
